I hereby grant to WSECU, its legal representatives, officers, directors, agents, successors, and those on whose behalf it is acting, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to copyright, use and re-use, publish, and re-publish, and use as stock footage, the attached image and my name, for any purpose of trade promotion, advertising and entertainment, in any project WSECU in its sole discretion deems appropriate.

  I hereby unconditionally release to WSECU its legal representatives, officers, directors, agents, assigns and those on whose behalf WSECU is acting, from any and all claims or liabilities, known or unknown, for any violation of any personal proprietary right, or claim for invasion of privacy, that I may have in connection with the use of the above stated image or audio recording.

  I hereby represent and warrant that I am of legal age or as the parent/legal guardian of the minor submitting the entry, am competent, and have every right to my own name in the above regard.
