I hereby grant to WSECU, its legal representatives, officers, directors, agents, successors and those on whose behalf it is acting, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to copyright, use and re-use, publish, and re-publish, and use as stock footage, the attached image and my name, for any purpose of trade promotion, advertising and entertainment, in any project WSECU in its sole discretion deems appropriate. WSECU will attempt to contact the photographer prior to any use of a submitted photograph.

  Any photographs I submit have been taken by me, are not AI-generated, and do not infringe on the copyright of others. I am the sole owner of the submitted photographs and own all rights, titles, and interest in the submitted photographs. Submission of photos not meeting these requirements will prohibit me from entering any future photo contests held by WSECU.

  I hereby unconditionally release to WSECU, its legal representatives, officers, directors, agents, assigns and those on behalf WSECU is acting, from any and all claims or liabilities, known or unknown, for any violation of any personal proprietary right, or claim for invasion of privacy, that I may have in connection with the use of the above stated images.
